World Schizophrenia Day 24 may 2014
World Schizophrenia Day on 24th may was celebrated by District Mental Health Program in collaboration with Maitra Hospital and Nirmitee (an NGO). Workshop was inaugurated by chief guest Dr Sanjog Kadam (IMA President) in presence of Dr R Katkar(RMO outreach,District hospital) under the president Dr Prasanna Dabholkar (senior psychiatrist). Dr Animish Chavan (psychiatrist, maitra hospital) addressed the audience consisting of patients & their relatives about Schizophrenia its symptoms & treatment. Dr Sanjog Kadam congratulated DMHP & Maitra for organising such program & gave best wishes.
